NTSB records indicate that 110 undetermined engine failures occurred in 1992.

Cessna Aircraft Company released service bulletin SEB92-25 on September 4, 1992. This service bulletin provides "A modification for installing additional fuel quick drains."

 

 

 

 

 

 

President Bill Clinton signed the General Aviation Revitalization Act, GARA, on August 17, 1994. Cessna Chairman Russ Meyer participated in the signing. Here's the Engrossed Amendment as Agreed to by the 103d Congressional House Members on June 24, 1994. Some people see GARA as a success. Others don't.

In 1996, Cessna restarted production of single-engine aircraft.
