Memorandum  From the office of: Norman L. Horton

Called H. Trammell of the Atlanta FAA Office to ask what the status of the AD on water in the tanks of the PA-23 was………

Mr. Trammell says that the AD was cancelled and that an NPRM was going to be issued to all PA-23 owners asking what to do in this situation.

I asked that I be included on the mailing list. He promised to send me the NPRM.
