Dear Mr. Horton and Mr. Wells:

It was a pleasure visiting with you both on May 24, 1994. Our discussions were both interesting and informative. I have enclosed a copy of my trip report for your information. As can been seen I did not come to the same level of conclusions as you did during your investigation. The reasons are within the report. We are however, continuing our investigation into water in the fuel system of Piper PA-23 aircraft as indicated in the recommendations of the report. You as well as your congressman will be informed as to the results of our investigation and how we plan to address your concerns.
