We have completed our review of the subject test plan submitted with the Reference (1) letter,
and find it acceptable for the stated purpose identified in the report title. We also recognize
the efforts Cessna has put forth in working with the Aircraft Certification Office in
formulating a test plan to address such a unique issue. We look forward to a smooth transition
into the phases of this program in the near future.

Please advise when Cessna is prepared to commence the inspection of the test airplane, the
company prototype airplane and the other airplanes previously agreed to. If you have any
