Dear Mr. Bleakney:

Enclosed please find a copy of Cessna Report FT172R-15 Rev. C, "FUEL SYSTEM CONTAMINATION
INVESTIGATION TEST PLAN -172R," dated 24 October 2000. Revision B of the Report was provided
with the letter of reference item 1, with changes requested by the FAA as described in the letter of reference
item 2. This document is provided in accordance with ongoing coordination between the Wichita ACO and
Cessna with regard to the stated purpose shown in the report's title. Cessna requests FAA's written
concurrence with this test plan, which was jointly developed by the FAA and Cessna, and has already
received verbal approval by involved representatives from both FAA and Cessna. Upon receipt of
concurrence, Cessna will continue test setup and completion dates and locations for FAA involvement.
