Dear Mr. Bleakney:

Enclosed please find a copy of Cessna Report FT172R-15 Rev. B, "FUEL SYSTEM CONTAMINATION
INVESTIGATION TEST PLAN - 172R," dated 19 October 2000. This document is provided in
accordance with ongoing coordination between the Wichita ACO and Cessna as referenced in the letters of
reference items 1 and 2, above, with regard to the stated purpose shown in the report's title. Cessna
requests FAA's written concurrence with this test plan, which was jointly developed by the FAA and
Cessna, and has already received verbal approval by both FAA and Cessna specified representatives. Upon
receipt of concurrence, Cessna will coordinate test setup and completion dates and locations for FAA
involvement
